Das Recht der öffentlichen Zugänglichmachung ist das Recht, das Werk drahtgebunden oder drahtlos der Öffentlichkeit in einer Weise zugänglich zu machen, dass es Mitgliedern der Öffentlichkeit von Orten und zu Zeiten ihrer Wahl zugänglich ist.


dieses recht überschneidet sich nur dann mit dem recht zu zensieren, wenn es den gebotenen regeln zuwiderspricht. die wiederum findet man in dem ordner, der als boardregeln ausgewiesen ist.  

ich bitte also nochmals darum, den fragestellern den thread mit künstlerischen inhalten zur verfügung zu stellen. was wir wollen ist, wie bereits erwähnt, kein stress und auch keine gerichtliche auseinandersetzung über kunst, sondern nur die erinnerung. ich bitte euch von herzen, dies zu respektieren, unserem wunsch zu folgen und danach diesen unnötig gewordenen thread zu löschen. der hat es dann nämlich verdient, weil er überflüssig geworden ist.

diana, i ask it again, is it really so mauch important for you to cause trouble against the admn of this board out of personal problems that you more likely should discuss with your psychiatrist than solving yourself by unprofessional wanking? i`m a member of german artists as a professional writer and for me and my company i hold a law insurance for problems not exactly like this but similar. again i ask you: are you sure that this trouble is worth is?

if more than one person created a piece of work together, without having the possibility of dividing things from each other (which is given here because of comments) they hold the right together.

gonna go bed now, because staying all night up is no answer, diana, neither for you nor for me, but i hope you will come to the conclusion,that restoring the thread and just removing some posts i`ve never read r giving us the opportunity to save the thread is better solution than showing to actually 3000 something ppl that you define your work as a mod as a welcome possibility to live out your megalomania in public and against the board rules.
